Best sushi in Melbs! Always so fresh and their variety can’t be beaten. Lots of veggie options also which is an added bonus. All the food here is delish - gyoza, agedashi tofu it’s all great. The team are always so lovely also! :

Best chicken yaki udon in Melbourne!
Great spot for real Japanese flavours under cheap prices. They have delicious soups rices & noodles. Sadly they close by 8pm but if you arrive after 7pm you can get rolls offers.
This, might be, the freshest and best quick Japanese sushi and curry we've had. Reasonable prices, great portions, and fresh tasting ingredients. Lacking a decent pork udon, some more interesting seafood like eel, and can be cramped at times.

For years rolls has provided balaclava with an exceptional food experience, it's delicious, well priced and well proportioned. Must tries are the aburi salmon, and the teriyaki chicken
It’s so awesome having this place on my walk between home and the train station. I often stop in for a sneaky hand roll. Then I might have a trip on the weekend to for a sit down meal. Staff are always great and so very Japanese!!
