Had one of their wraps for lunch during my break and was pleasantly surprised with how nice the vegetarian wrap tasted. A lot of places don’t have great-tasting veggie options, so this was filling and worth the $11.50 specialty wrap. They don’t have a variety of vegetarian options, however they have a good selection of meat forward wraps and salads which look amazing! The staff were really nice as well.
This shop used to be my favourite. Their salad is good and healthy. However, this time, the salad was rotten and hid at the bottom. I didn't notice and ate most of it until I found the rotten vegetable, which was disgusting. I was so disappointed at this. I showed it to the staff, expected an apology and a refund. All she said was 'It is because of the weather'. Well, you have the responsibility to make sure your food is clean and fresh before you serve it! Isn't that clear and simple? The tall female staff kept her annoyed face and didn't felt to be sorry. She did nothing to solve the problem, but made me depressed and annoyed. The worst shopping experience I've ever had. I won't come back gain. And WARN my friends and colleagues not to come either.
Had an amazing experience here. I was feeling quite depressed and I had an upset stomach. But when I ordered a Beach House Juice & one of their fresh salads not only did I have a big smile on my face but my stomach was smiling even brighter! : With great power comes great responsibility.
BE CAREFUL!!! Worst costumer service, !!!!!!! the female worker is bit depressed and agitated all the time. I have no idea why she works there, if she doesn’t like customers and please be careful if you have allergic to certain food because they use same spoon/ spoon thong for all meal. When I found out that and asked the female worker got angry and violent I have already logged a complaint to the management and contacted food and safety department and police. Be very careful what you eat there !!!! And don’t tolerate abusive behaviours.
Do not eat their food, specially if you have allergies to certain foods. They use same cutlery to serve. When trying to explain about the allergies, that woman replied with “Fk off with your allergy, we know how we operate”. Also they wanted me to pay for what they packed. “That other Asian dude was playing thug to get me paid. They almost KILLED MY SON, if I hadn’t check how they use their serving gear. The Asian woman needs mental health support or she is sick.
The food is delicious! Run by South Koreans, the service from the male staff is amiable. But unfortunately, the female staff seems to be in a perpetually foul mood. She never fails to serve with a frown.
I only put 1star because I was feeling generous my mum got a grilled herb chicken wrap which the chicken was so tuff mum couldn't eat it and salad in it was all sloppy and soggy very poor quality food and a waste of $13 wouldn't go back
Very good salad! Pesto and Green Boost are the best!!!! Must try their fresh juices!!
The tall one at the salad counter is always keeps an annoyed face and not at all friendly,initially I was like may be a rough day but almost every time same behaviour.
Attendants were very friendly and attentive at first. But I ordered a pumpkin couscous and something was spoiled in it - taste and smell were bad. I went to the staff to warn them, and then I was ignored by the person who talked to me, simply saying that everything is done at 6 am every day and she was not even willing to check on her product to get the doubt out. Even if done on the same day, the form of storage and conservation should be checked.
