Had a piece of plastic in my barbecue chicken roll, choked on it as it was stuck in my throat and had to run to the bathroom to throw up, a bit dramatic but it felt like I was almost going to die! Lucky the bathroom was right next to rolld because it would’ve been messy in the food court. complained to the manager but they did nothing but keep serving the same rolls on display!!

Had a deliveroo order from here. The Pho was tasteless, and the chewy meat tasted horrendous (we ended up having to throw out the meat). The chicken wings were almost just fried salt, the pork noodle salad had only a few pieces of pork, even though i paid for extra, with literally a teaspoon of dressing for a full bowl. If your after proper traditional Vietnamese, don't go here!

Im not one to ever complain, but i thought i should let people know who have food intolerants/ allergies not to go here. I can't eat onion and twice i had to take the food back because it still had raw onion in it. I know this is fast food. But you can really make people sick if you just put an ingredient in when they specifically say "PLEASE DONT ADD IT IN ". Also dont just take the onion out of the same dish that you just made and pass it off as a new dish.... Just some feedback. Thought you should know before you dont take it seriously one day and give someone a reaction that causes them to me hostipalised. Please take this feedback on board....

Honestly 1 star is too much. I ordered a bahn mi and the bread was completely stale! Went back to the counter and asked if it had been toasted or if it was stale, and she said they don't toast their bread. She took my bahn mi and went into the kitchen with it and came back and said the bread was delivered daily. She handed it back to me after handling it for a few minutes which was weird and a little gross. No refunds were allowed which really annoyed me. I'm not exaggerating at all, the bread was so hard it was impossible to chew through. Definitely wouldn't go back after that, it was gross as.

The food may be expensive but their rice paper rolls are to die for. My personal favourite is the lemongrass Beef definitly recomend it.
