Excellent little banh-mi shop. Excellent value and good quality ingredients. Has tables so you can sit inside and enjoy complimentary hot/warm tea. Also on the menu are delicious rice paper rolls, Vietnamese salads, and you can even buy roast, bbq or charsin pork by the kilo. Handy when you want to eat at home!! If you love authentic banh-mi and you’re in Bayswater then you must try this place.

The pork belly and crackling roll tastes as good as you think :D
The staff were incredible helpful and friendly.
Would recommend to anyone.
