After seeing all the bad reviews for this place I feel inclined to share my experience, for me the place was great! a little pricey but you can come to expect that from airport venues. The banh mi was quite large however and very tasty, I had no issues with staff and place felt quite cozy. would go again when ever I'm taking a flight.

While I usually love Roll’d, this place didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The rice paper rolls were quite dry and lacked the flavour that I associate with rice paper rolls. Being at an airport, these rolls were also quite pricey - which is to be expected, but I think I was unfortunately a bit disappointed.
Avoid at all costs! The worst Roll'd in the entire country. Bahn mi was absolutely horrendous, old bread, no mayo, no paté and dry grated carrots that must have been sat there for days... My roll came with bbq chicken, cucumber and dry carrot... That does not make a Bahn Mi!! To make matters worse, I was not told upon ordering that they were out of those ingredients. This is blatant robbery. Shameful
OMG the worst banh mi I’ve had in my life, carrots not picked and cracking is not real - pre bought and stale so chewy almost broke my tooth. Late is weird too, and skimpy. So upset.
*FOOD POISONING* Please stay away. I bought the BBQ Pork bahn mi and had to check into hospital and receive an injection for constant vomiting less that 12 hours later. I was a bit suspect on the roll whilst i was eating it but was too hungry and kept eating and then eventually paid the price. I had to literally take 3 days off work and stay at home with constant fatigue, never again.
Usually love their pho. Not this one. $15 for a bowl of noodles and hot water. Bland and flavourless. Won’t be coming back.
Ordered the tofu banh mi here. Bread was warm and had the crunch, however the overall banh mi was very dry, minimal mayo was spread on the bread. I also chose to pay by debit card and inserting my card into the machine, they still charged me the surcharge even though their sign mentioned it wouldn’t..
I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed to find out they didn't have small bowls of pho available. I was told they were out of stock, and the only option was to buy the more expensive larger bowl. I hope the restaurant can restock their small bowls soon and offer customers more flexibility in their ordering options.
If I could give negative stars I would. I had the lemongrass banh mi. The meat was dry and flavourless. It was like someone had taken a pair of leather boots, cut them into strips and put them in a bread roll. Avoid this place.
