One of the worst offenders for the ‘up to 80% sale’ where everything is marked up before hand such that the amazing discounted price is what is the normal price in every other kitchenware outlet. As Judge Judy says, if it sounds too good to be true, it’s not true. Robin’s Kitchen is the worst at this as there is always some sneaky worded title the implies it is closing down. And sadly people fall for this deceptive form of marketing. Should be illegal.
Disappointing behaviour from the store manager 16.12.2022 She refused to refund the money. We purchased the item on same day and return in the same day in couple of hours. I am honestly disappointed with the customer service!
Disappointing behaviour from the “assistant” store manager today! Received a gift card November last year. Have a year to use the card. Went in store, got the counter and handed the gift card. Turns out that when the gift card was purchased, the store did not even activate the card, meaning that Robins Kitchen has taken $50 from the purchaser and refuses to try and find a way to fix the issue! All I get is that there is nothing that they can do, $50 down the drain and the gift card given to a store that has made a mistake and cannot even apologise and rectify the situation. I am honestly disappointed with the customer service!
Cindy and Louisa need to be congratulated on their outstanding friendly curteous knowledable welcoming customer service. I have always believed a successful business is only great because of its' fabulous staff. Robins Kitchen is my go to for kitchenware. Great quality, long lasting and interesting cookware that makes preparation of food pleasureable. Thank you ladies for returning my faith in friendly customer service. ‍
Asked for a particular product they advertise, try to give me something else, then to top it off does'nt accept cash only card.
Poor customer service, discounts appear to be applied marked up prices so they're not as big as they appear to be. Not a great experience.
Good selection, but unfortunately staff member was rude when asked about a "buy 1 get 1 free" sign listing the knife brand under it. Told me she could "give you the pre-discount price if you really want" in a snarky tone. Short: Prices are good, but advertising is borderline illegal and a staff member was unnecessarily rude.
Can't even move in there, let alone shop. Clean up your floor space!
I am appalled at the treatment from a young female staff member at this store. She has red hair and I believe her name is Shontelle. I entered your store to look for an engagement gift for some friends and was greeted with attitude and dissatisfaction. I am thoroughly disappointed in her treatment to another customer in the store at the time who was trying to get some broken plates replaced. The young lady was standing there with her arms crossed and rolling her eyes at the customer, I was beyond myself. I felt so bad for that poor lady who had to deal with her and sorry for anyone else who has had an encounter with her. I have shopped with Robins Kitchen for many years and only now have I ever seen and received such disgusting treatment. It seems I will have to make a longer commute to your store in Mitchelton but it will definitely be worth it if I’ll be getting good service.
Had such lovely customer service today. Got a great deal.. seems to always be sales on though haha love it.
