I just wanted to say thank you to Jane who was attending the platform at Robina station today. I accidentally left my keys on the seat where I was awaiting the train and realised when I got to Nerang station. I simply boarded the train back to Robina and when I got there Jane recognised me from earlier and told me that she had my keys. Because of her diligence and how thorough she was in attending the station, it meant my keys were safe and available for return to me. This doesn't always happen and it speaks to the diligence with which Jane attends her duties and I just wanted to sincerely thank her. Staff like Jane make all the difference to forgetful patrons like me.
Station staff go out of their way to assist. Matty, in particular, is a great ambassador.nIn addition, the coffee shop is top-notch, with courteous and attentive staff, you want to come back regularly.
Staff are very friendly and bathrooms are clean.

Today we met and then later dropped off my neice and husband at the Robina station travelling to and from Brisbane. I just want to thank the the security or station staff member tall with Indian accent, I did not get his name..met the 12.18pm train and left on the 4pm train for his unbelievable service, sense of humour and dealing with the public. The gentleman is a credit to his job. Thank you QLD Rail.
