We always drive the 20 minutes to Lower Hutt for this roast house. From the first time we found this place they have not disappointed us ever. The owners are super nice and the portions are very generous for the fair pricing. We call 30 minutes before closing time to let them know we are coming and they always wait for us. My personal favourite is their lamb roast, always well seasoned, soft and tender, melts in your mouth and tasty paired with the mint sauce on top. Highly recommend.

pity there was not a minus as meat floating in fat with flies landing on food. Needs the council hygiene visit
