I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences with this McDonald’s during late-night hours. On multiple occasions, I’ve received cold burgers and fries, suggesting the food may have been sitting out for some time before pickup. Most recently, I ordered ice cream through Uber Eats, and it arrived completely melted & had Spilt — which was really frustrating.nnHaving worked at McDonald’s Takanini myself, I know how important it is to prepare and package ice cream only when the delivery driver has arrived, to ensure quality upon delivery. Unfortunately, this level of care doesn’t seem to be present here.nnThe food and service quality need serious improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks at ways to improve preparation timing and consistency, especially for late-night orders.nn---nnLet me know if you'd like a shorter version or to adjust the tone e.g. more firm, more formal, etc..

It's just another Mc donalds really the same as its always been. Not the biggest fan of mc donalds but for reason kids seem to think it's awesome as where I just see food that used to be tasty affordable and fast which is what made it so popular in the late 80s early 90s but now you can get a steak meal cheaper than a mc donalds meal which to me says it all. It's no longer worth it IMO but each to its own. Yes id rather take Burger King there and eat it.

I like it. It's nice food, service & atmosphere

Just walked in, and we were about to order. And a staff  member turned the music up really loud with what I thought was an appropriate music.nA customer beside us complained to the crew and they turned it down out.Drinks caneThree quarters fill and bigger wasn't even wraped properly  date 13 /11/25 time on docket 21.24

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The fries were extremely hard, almost like sticks, and the burger was subpar. The chicken patty tasted as if it had been cooked an hour before and then served to us. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
