The recent renovations look great, but unfortunately, the service hasn't improved. While some staff clearly work hard, others seem completely indifferent. I ordered a burger meal and found the bun had been thrown outside the wrapping, leaving the bag in a disgusting state. When I went to the counter to calmly highlight the issue, I was completely ignored. Very disappointing.
McDonald's in Lower Hutt had a recent refresh and it's nice and tidy. They have music playing and new fresh seating. Same McDonald's food you expect, if you havent tried it, the big arch is actually a pretty decent burger for a fast food chain and way more filling than a bigmac.
A+. Great layout and very clean. Went to the counter to ask for salt and had a server meet me right away - In Auckland they see you and ignore you so you need to be rude for any attention. Loved that I saw duty manager out on the floor serving and packing tables down. Vibe creates a great culture.nnAucklander
What do you call this? Pay extra for large fries. Get a small. Next time I’ll ask for an XXL. Terrible service. Sort your staff out.
Whole order was messed up, shot bro clearly wasn’t an accident either. Aprx 4am on a Sunday morning. Not ordering here again.
