item took 5 days from Europe to arrive at road runners from dhl. but it sits there for over 2 weeks.nitem said a card was left. there was no card left driver lied. I had to drive there to pick it up myself.nthis place is a time warp. whatever arrives here will get stuck. if there was an option for zero stars i would have selected it
If I could give a minus rating I would. This company had a package of mine from 02/12/2024 till the 20/12/2024. No delivery attempts were made, when I looked up the tracking it had been onboard for delivery since the 12/12/2024. After numerous phone calls to them, only ONE lovely person took the time and explained why it hadn’t been delivered, and after checking with warehouse staff CALLED ME BACK with a day for delivery. By this time unfortunately I had already requested a refund from the original company. So thanks for loosing my kids Christmas present. Pick your game up roadrunners. Do better
I was home whole day , heard ring bell it was auspost and got my parcel. Was waiting for another parcel as well. Around 4:45pm my roommate arrived with a paper which was in letter box from roadrunners to pickup from depot. Mdfker, if you could put that letter in my letter box you could have brought my parcel. Have to wait for couple of days for my day off to visit depot coz it closes at 5pm. What’s the point of doing express delivery option.
DHL accidentally handed off my parcel to Road Runners instead of Australia Post delivery address is a parcel locker and they’ve left it sitting in their depot for a week instead of contacting me or DHL about it. DHL won’t change the delivery address, Road Runners won’t answer their phone and there’s not enough time to get it back to Australia Post to deliver in time for Christmas, so I get to do an hour round trip to the depot to pick it up. Thanks DHL and Road Runners!
I had a DHL package that needed a signature for collection, but I was not home. The delivery driver was patient and talked to me through my video doorbell. They gave me instructions for where to collect the package. Road Runners was easy to access, had on-site parking outside reception, the staff were friendly, helpful and relaxed which can't be easy in such a chaotic and stressful job. I was able to sign and collect my package with no drama.
