Hansen apples bought other day. Most of the apples were rotten from inside. Nothing wrong with the staff or customer service. But there should be some sort of Quality Check.
Terrible customer service. I don't expect much, but the cashiers won't even give you the time of day. They barely acknowledge you and are very rude. Quality of the produce is bottom of the barrel. I've had to throw away a lot of stuff because it was bruised, mouldy or insect damaged. I will avoid this place in the future.
Wanted to support a smaller company rather than Coles or woolworths but the quality of the produce was not great and overall a very depressing experience, no lights on, no music, workers seemed annoyed you were there
It was a very bad experience.. I went there with my family in a happy mood and I got a toddler with me, she wanted a banana to have and we gave her 1 banana to eat, which is obvious that we will pay for 1 banana because We were there for a big shopping but suddenly one staff came to us and talk to us rudely that we can’t give banana to eat. How will you pay and made bad face. I think he was the owner or manager not sure but it’s not the way talking with customers.nJust because your shop is little cheap that doesn’t mean you have to show cheap behavior as well.
Good range of fresh fruit and veg at competitive prices. Supply a lot of Tasmanian grown produce. Large car park, open air store with large isles - very popular but never crowded. Occasionally you'll find something less than fresh which the staff have happily exchanged. They also desperately need shopping baskets or smaller trolleys - the provided trolleys are too big and awkward for the typical shopper.
