Stayed here for a view days as it was the cheapest stay for unpowered site. It was a wonderful stay, 2 min walk from the beach. Not to far away from the bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect 2 min drive to up town shopping area and perfectly out of town. Easy to jump on the freeway to visit other area. Was very clean and surprisingly super quiet. The only thing that bothered me on my stay was that we tried phoning the reception to extend about 6 times and no answer. But the staff was super nice and helpful
Been staying here 20 years and you could not find a better place! The people you meet here are genuine and happy people! Enjoy
Great place to camp! It was a very nice place to camp. It’s clean, quiet and you’ll get your privacy. My husband and I had a lovely spot on site where we had put out our tent. We also had an encounter with possums near our tent. Such a cute animal hahah. The park is near the river and ocean, and other places such as restaurants and pubs. There are nearby fishing spots as well if you’re a fan of fishing. Overall, it was a sweet escape and a wonderful stay at Riverview Family Caravan Park.
By room, I mean a powered site. Spectacular grass, clean food space, I love it.Rooms: 5/5

Location and park are great. Min 4 night stay amd reasonable cost due to location. Did not use facilities so can not rate those. The child that screamed with happiness for hours on end to 10 pm at night was a nightmare. 3 days in a row and at 10 pm at night its beyond a joke.. The park has other ppl in and maybe speaking to her would be great for others around you. There are strict rules with no generators but prefer the hum of a generator than the screamer that screams every 2 to 3 minutes for hours!! Hopefully when you stay the screamer won't be there!
A great park, to relax & enjoy the river, the ocean & lovely scenic walking tracks. Excellent amenities, seamed like they were cleaned almost hourly. Conveniently located nearby is boutique shops, IGA & Hotel. You will be so pleased here.
The reservation staff went over and above their role to fit me in on such a busy weekend. Thanks heaps
Great park great for families walking distance to everything
The park has had minimal maintenance done during the last few years. Fees are quite expensive along with having to pay for electricity. The playground has been painted but nothing added. That said, the views are amazing from particular sites, the beach is super close, the weather is great and the town centre is very inviting!
