The new management team are just simply outstanding and incredibly hard working. We had the best holiday here and we had multiple families stay who were all accommodated cabins next to each other. Cabins are maintained well and the cleaning team do a wonderful job. We miss this place already!
Was treated so poorly by most of the staff here. the cleaners were the only decent people. Experienced some racism from the lady at the front desk and only stayed at the cabins since the payment was already done. Noticed that they treated white people way better than they treated my group, even if they had broken some rules after 10:00pm they were still treated better than us. Overall wouldn’t’ recommend coming here if you are a person of colour.
Very rough, old, broken down caravan park. No kitchen, only two showers and one tiny toilet block. Most of the things for kids to use are broken. Plenty of other choices in the area.Rooms: 3/5
What a great place for a short stay on the Bellarine. We upgraded our cabin to one of the newer ones and it was perfect. 95% everything brand new kitchen table and chairs looked out of place and tired but absolutely functional of course the holiday park itself has everything you could want if you just wanted to chill for a day - we spent loads of time in the games room on the table tennis and pool table. The pool looked inviting even in this chilly weather. All staff were lovely and accommodating. The location is great, just a short distance from town and the beach and a short drive over the bridge to Barwon Heads. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
The cabin was old but in perfect condition. Everything worked and in good condition. The crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment were tops. Couple of gripes, I felt the toiletries were a bit light on for a 3 night stay, and the shower needs a mat it's that slippery. We were a party of 9 and some of our friends were unsteady on the entry steps. Some sort of railing would be order.
the cabins were nice and simple, the cleaners were also nice, many things to do and see but the receptionist was extremely condescending to my little sisters when they asked simple questions and refused entry to my other siblings at the arcade, blaming us for the loss of money when we stuck to the 10pm limit. my sister couldn't retrive her scarf from the arcade because of the refusal of entry. don't come here if you're not white x.
Fab location for what we needed, cabin comfortable with all the kitchen bits n bobs we needed- wish I knew before hand as I would have packed lighter! Got to park near our door. There's a small pool but not used by us as the temperature dropped. Communal BBQ area well kempt. Office Staff friendly and very accommodating demonstrated when Mr needed to iron his shirt and all irons were on loan, the Hostess offered up her personal one- Thank you!! .
Amazing, who knew this gem of a place was so close to home yet felt like a holiday a million miles away! Kids loved the play areas, games room and that heated pool was amazing, so warm even on a coolish April evening. Cabin was immaculate, thoroughly up to date with all the mod-cons and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Kids loved this park, in particular the jumping pillow and pool. Villas were clean and had sufficient cutlery and bedding was very good, in particular the towels. A couple of the BBQs wernt operational which made it a long wait and juggle to work around others using the others ones. Deck bench seat broke and was replaced quickly with other chairs. Ice cream van visits twice daily.
Very comfortable villa, had all you could want. Park had lovely green lawns and very nice heated pool, very clean and tidy.Rooms: 5/5
