It is actually a food court inside with Chinese, Japanese and western food etc. They also sell coffee, snacks, gelato etc. Not cheap but lots of sitting space inside. Most people would miss this space as they walk past. There are two entrances into the food court. Find your way in from either side and you will be amazed. Good place to rest your feet (for free) or escape the heat/cold. It's also linked to the casino. So if you can't find it, ask for the casino!
