Absolutely awful. Not only a rip off but staff are extremely rude. In addition, if it says cosmopolitan on the menu at least make sure it is. Save your money and get fast food.

Delicious ice cream and gelato. Huge variety of flavours and a lot are gluten and dairy free. Reasonable prices. Great service from Jeevan - thank u.

Overpriced for the quality, you might as well go to rosetta and deal with the arrogant staff there, same pricing for pasta yet the quality of what you will get is immensely better beyond comparison, and fresh seafood, unlike this place where seafood was definitely not fresh. Even the pizza, the tomato sauce on it tasted like something you get out of a can...

Disgusting.
Two of the staff members, one Blonde girl with glasses and an Asian guy were messing around whilst serving up my scoop of ice cream. They were getting ice cream on each other with the same scoop and ice cream they served me and weren't even trying to hide it because they probably didn't realise we were on the table right opposite them. I took a bite of my ice cream and stopped as soon as it tasted funny. Waste of time, waste of money and a terrible experience.

Wouldn't recommend this place, nothing special.
The manager seems to think that he can't be wrong and the paying customer is wrong!
