Nice ambience, meal nachos was tasty - just not quite enough meat! Great cake/sweet options. Would consider going back again.
Good coffee, tasty food and nice environment. Definitely a relaxing spot by the harbor. Friendly and competent staff. We ordered chicken filo and square custard which wasn't so fresh but still ok. Recommended!
Love visiting the Whangarei Basin. The Riverside Cafe is one of several cafes there. Great food. Great environment.
Yummy food good portion size and very efficient service
Was quite busy when me and my partner went, staff were lovely and patient with us and other patrons. We ordered the Full Kiwi Breakfast and drinks each and within 5 minutes we had our food! Food portions were awesome for the price and coffee was great too! I never write reviews but this cafe deserved it, Well done!
A neat place with great food and atmosphere. My only complaint is that we didn't get the eat there as much as we wanted because it was often packed during peak ours. This was a couple of years ago when I was there I hope to return someday and highly recommend you stop by and give them a try.
Really good food. Usual super quick service and friendly staff. We drop by every time we head north. Always look forward to this stopover.
Ordered breakfast menu hot drinks and 2x 3eggs omlette,bacon and mushrooms and salmon and spinach. drinks came out first quickly very close behind was our order.nicely presented. Fast service. tasted yummy, Will go there again happily recommend
