I had a great experience with River Dental. The staff were professional and the service great from beginning to end. The opportunity to get dental surgery done locally, at times convenient to my work schedule and of such quality has been fantastic. I highly recommend the team at River Dental
Cannot recommend River Dental highly enough, they deserve more than 5 stars! I see Dr Tia; who has done an amazing job fixing a seriously problematic tooth I had she even managed to save my tooth!. Every single team member of River Dental who I encountered in my 4 recent visits have been wonderful! The atmosphere is very calming and not at all what I was used to when I walked onto a dentist clinic! The reception ladies are very friendly, professional and just generally wonderful to deal with. Every Dental Assistant who's assisted Dr Tia were also friendly and professional, they are clearly very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. And of course Dr Tia was exceptional at every appointment, she explained everything to me so I understood what was happening and why she needed to do certain things, she was so gentle I experienced virtually no discomfort during any of my visits, and I left with the best possible outcome - I was very comfortable with her and I have recommended her to all my family and friends! I'll definitely be a returning client 10/10 to Dr Tia and every member of the River Dental practice.
After Dr Nair moved to River Dental So did I, When it comes to a dentist you can trust to really look after you and be patient with a very caring attitude, I can say 100% Dr Nair is the best, now he is working with River Dental a very well setup professional surgery, there is no dentist within 100Km that even comes close. As a DVA patient I am 100% happy and loyal to DR Nair and River Dental. I also would like to say Dr Frank is a great dentist even though I have only seen him once for an emergency. If you have any fears like I do of the dentist come to River Dental, it is worth it !!!!!
Well, I promised Dr Shri that I'd give him a stellar review after he gave me a cheeky extra bit of happy gas during my filling and wisdom tooth removal. His character and gentleness alone helped calm my nerves and I couldn't have asked for a better dental experience to make up for the bad ones I have had in the past! On top of that, it's always a joy to have someone like Cathy to see me in and out and to check up on me, always ensuring that I am doing well and comfortable during the booking of my appointment!
Thank you Frank for making me feel at ease. Your professionalism is second to none. Your dental hygienist was very caring. I would highly recommend River Dental for anyone who looks for friendly staff and exceptional service.
The best dentist I have ever been to. The fantastic team at River Dental worked so hard to make sure I was informed and comfortable about my dental procedures. Cathy behind the front desk moved mountains to make sure I got seen as promptly as possible. Dr Frank is the most gentle and kind dentist and I have never felt more relaxed getting into a dentist's chair. Highly recommended River Dental. They're amazing.
I highly recommend River Dental! I've had the worst experiences in the past with other dentists and clinics and avoided going for some years, and I'm so happy to have found a dentist clinic that provides affordable and professional service. Dr. Frank is amazing! Seeing him was the most positive and gentle experience I've ever had going to the dentist and I had an infected wisdom tooth removed. Never going anywhere else!
Absolutely brilliant dental service. Nothing is a problem & all the staff are down to earth & extremely helpful. Getting an appointment isn’t a drama & the fees for service are absolutely reasonable compared to other practices I’ve attended.I’m also an extremely anxious patient & somehow they’ve managed to perform procedures without causing me unnecessary pain & suffering. Highly Recommended.
All the staff at River Dental are absolutely lovely. There was absolutely no judgement from anyone and they're all so patient, caring and easy to get along with. They are great with people who have anxiety or are nervous about going to the dentist. Dr Shri and his wonderful assistant I forgot her name unfortunately have done a great job and I'm so grateful for how they have treated me. I 100% recommend River Dental
I can not recommend River Dental highly enough. The whole team were fantastic, helpful and very understanding. I was given an emergency appointment and was looked after from the first phone call. I will be back and have already recommend River Dental to friends.
