Je comprends qu'en période de fêtes on veuille montrer un magasin bien achalandé pour attirer encore plus de clientèle mais laisser une seule étudiante à la caisse quand TOUS les clients du magasin font la file pour payer et que les autres vendeuses papotent entre elles en ne daignant pas porter de l'aide à leur collègue, je trouve ça un manque de respect envers les clients. Je ne parle pas de 3 clients mais d'une file jusque derrière le magasin. Après avoir gentiment fait la remarque, 3 vendeuses se sont avancer vers les caisses et toute la file était soulagée et résorbée en un rien de temps. J'aime beaucoup ce magasin mais le service laissait vraiment à désirer aujourd'hui au niveau du passage en caisse sinon, j'ai été très bien conseillée et aidée pour mes achats. Rien à dire non plus sur les produits, qui restent des produits de luxe vu le prix, mais de bonne qualité et c'est toujours un plaisir de les offrir ou de les recevoir.
