went in today and looked through the shorts section… however i had doubted that there would be anything in my size and my mood completely dropped. until this lovely lady helped me out and showed me a few different options as she immediately picked up my vibes that i wasn’t confident. she was absolutely lovely and reassured me that they would fit, and they did! i didn’t catch her name but she had the loveliest customer service ever. thank you for the major confidence boost. will be coming back, and i looooove my blue shorts!!!
The 5 stars speaks for itself. Whoever the owner or the manager is, please give your staff Desi a raise, the customer service is simply amazing here.
Today, shopping in the Harbour Town store a lovely young lady, Lilly showed fantastic customer service. She was cheerful, respectful & super helpful. So much so that when we were leaving the store, my teenage kids turned to me & said, " she was really nice, mum".. Thank you Lilly, I haven't had such lovely service for such a long time.
I just wanted to share that I had the best experience at this store today. Francesca was so helpful and patient in assisting me with a difficult exchange and really went out of her way to find a solution. Super grateful!
The sale girls so so so mean. I returned an item and they gave me a gift card. Gift card normally come with an envelope. I can see the sale girls whispered to each other, like "we don't need to give her the envelop because she not purchase it". I don't care about the envelop but their facial expressions make me feel very uncomfortable. I'm not begging them anything. I'm a customer. Please show some basic respect. This kind of service, i never go back. I feel sorry for Lorna Jean with their service attitude. Just an envelop........ sigh‍ May be they will get promoted if they have more envelop in store.
I was very disappointed to discover this store does not accept cash. This is a very poor business model and while I was in this store they lost 2 customers because of this policy.
I like the store. However, the last couple times I've been in the store a specific employee has told me I should be buying a smaller size leggings because that's what size she wears. I don't appreciate her brashness about my size.
Carla is an asset to the Lorna Jane Harbour Town Adelaide store. Keep it up girl :
The girls are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, great sales and customer service.
