Store is loosely shut and unmanned during opening hours. Has been for last 35 minutes, it’s now 10.50 am. Missed an opportunity to buy gifts.
Sales person walked away from the store at 12:15pm, returned to put her bag inside the locked gates and wandered off again. Still no one there at 1:15. Most likely a lunch break, but no one else there to keep the store open? We needed certain items but couldn’t get in. Not a great look for the brand.
The women here were so helpful and happy ! It was like they actually wanted to be there which can't be said for the rest of Perth airport , these ladies were awesome
Excellent service provided by sales lady. Helped get correct broadshort size. Fitting facility available.
Shop was locked before Midday on a Tuesday. I guess they don't need the business
