Yesterday, I visited the store and had an extremely unpleasant experience with the store manager, Solviana. When I politely inquired if a fresh pair of the article I was interested in was available, as the display piece showed signs of wear and tear, her response was shockingly rude and unprofessional.nnInstead of addressing my request with courtesy, she reacted with an attitude that felt intimidating, as though she was glaring at me in frustration. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. Customers deserve respect and assistance, not hostility. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I sincerely hope the store takes steps to address this matter and ensure better customer service moving forward.
