Great experience with this garage.  Ricky knows his stuff, is organised, on time and is so friendly. He was capable of explaining what he's doing,  what the car needs (or can be done next time) while staying within the budget. Honest advice while keeping all the promises of calling me back and having the car ready in time,  awesome! My car (Mazda) drives so smoothly :)

Went in because the dreaded check engine light came on. Ricky not only diagnosed it straight away for me but also gave me a fabulous quick lesson in mechanics and explained exactly what the problem was - which I fully understood, impressive since I know nothing of cars really.  He also did not push for a quick sell and said the issue was minor and could wait for my next service.  I believe that showed integrity and honesty.  We have all our cars serviced there and am so glad that Ricky has taken on the values, service and pride that Thomas built the business on.
