Mark responded to my online quote request very quickly and with a very reasonable price. He let me come in the same day for the repair. He told me upfront that my repair may or may work because of the size of the crack. He was able to fix it no worries. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Just got my windscreen replaced by these guys. Process from start to finish was very smooth. Quote was relatively competitive and they came to my workplace and were done within half an hour. Good blokes as well (y) If you have a broken windscreen I highly recommend getting a quote from this place !

Mitcham Novus - Did a online quote Mark responded very quickly, very Helpful . booked in the windscreen replacement when it suited me, the installer turned up on time and did a great job. This is the second time I have used these guys at Mitcham, Great service and price, David - Park Orchards

Got a chip which extended to a small crack, called Novus on a Sunday (most other well known glass shops closed) and got through to Mark, he was able to see me within an hour. The repair took only 30-60 mins. Great fast service and seemed like a friendly honest guy to deal with. Recommended.

After having a stone chip crack my windscreen I was referred to Mark at Novus in Mitcham from the first phone call Mark was willing to help immediately even around this time of year. He had the car for 1 hour, windscreen fixed and price was exceptionally competitive compared to some quotes I had over the phone and also competitors weren’t available. I would highly recommend Mark at Novus Mitcham for any windscreen or service repair just a very genuine and honest service at a great price
