The staff here are exceptionally friendly. Despite the busy atmosphere when I arrived, I was promptly greeted. Love the brand. The staff at Harbour Town could not be more helpful, cooperative and professional.nI was really excited to go to the Helensvale store with my wife.nWhat a disappointment!. The first time we went we were ignored by all of the staff, despite there being more staff than customers. It felt like we might be somehow different to the other customers.nWe received an amazing heart felt apology when we explained our bad experience to the Harbour Town staff.nWe were willing to put it down to “ a bad day “.nWe returned on Saturday 20/4 and surprise surprises, we received the same experience. Completely ignored and made to feel unwelcome. Guessing my suspicions of being different to the other customers might be right. Very saddening and disappointing
Absolutely true blue company. Ordered on the Friday I chose the wrong size accidentally. Emailed and Momo fixed it straight up for me. Packed and sent on Saturday I paid express postage and it arrived on Monday.nnNeeded for an up-coming wedding for all the groomsmen. Fantastic workwear quality and great value for money. Cheers!
