Our builder referred us to Matt and we received great service from the get go. Our bathroom benchtop and laundry benchtops/ splashback were installed one week after measure and quote. Speedy service, attention to detail and careful installation of the Caesarstone. We’re thrilled with the result!
Rocked up at my door at 7:30 am without any notice. Gave me a lame excuse that they left a voicemail which they never didwhen enquired at their office. Took almost 3 hrs to finish and left this mess along with damage to the property. Left without providing any instructions about using the sink, had to call them to find out I can't use it before 1:30 pm. Being a tradesman myself, I've never seen someone leaving a site like that. Poor workmanship. So ignorant to even reply to the emails I've sent them to get it fixed. Might as well call them "NOT" a Right Choice Stone.
They have a great team at right choice, the boys always look after us - very accommodating and they have a wide selection of stone. I was referred to them as they look after many big clients - that gave me a sense of assurance when I was building. Happy wife, happy life, definitely the Right Choice.
Shane and Matt are very good operators. Highly recommend.
