Shop around and take notice of reviews. After 3 attempts to supply basic bench top I gave up. Quality of product and service has been so bad I've been inspired to make first review ever. Don't use this company unless you want crappy outcome and ongoing dramas!

Used this company via Freedom Kitchen in 2016. Kitchen cupboards installed on concrete slab. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM. First visit, levels of cupboards checked by installer using laser measuring device and tape measure. Advised cupboards were within their acceptable levels. Second visit they arrived with incorrectly size marble bench tops. One piece was to thin, another was too long. Blamed installer of kitchen cupboards? Took tops back to factory. Third visit returned with the same bench tops with the same problem. After 3 hours Manger arrive on site once they realised that the bench tops were still incorrectly sized. Adjustments made on site buy cutting bench tops.Two joins in bench tops. One of them cracked within 3 hours of installation. Fourth visit, Manager revisited took photos and again blamed installer of Kitchen. Suggested the gap 3/4 inch of water fall piece against cupboards was fine as marble bench tops breath (expand/contract).I could slip my fingers in the gap. amusing he though I was so gullible. Fifth visit, pulled bench tops apart reglued and joined. No surprise join has cracked again. Simple issue was this mob failed to pack the bench top properly. If there was a real issue could have been addressed before installing bench tops. DO NOT USE.

Failed to make initial appointment for measurement. Initial install had benchtop incorrect, splash back incorrect. Failed to make second appointment date. Second install had splash back again incorrect. After completion, bench top had chips in edge which company refused to correct. Faults were correct by a third party at my expense. The company does not return phone calls, has poor customer service and poor quality workmanship.
