Have just made my 1st purchase from Riders Outlet and loved it. I bought a real high quality snowboard jacket, which was less than half price from anywhere else. I purchased the jacket online on a Wednesday and it literally turned up the next day. Amazing!!!! These guys are legends. This will not be my last purchase with Riders Outlet. Great job guys.

Just had to put down a good reveiw for the service. I ordered some road bike pants and got them delivered the next day!, and after looking around alot of nz companys for this particular item, riders outlet had it 25% cheaper than anywhere else i could find it with their sale going and the qaulity is very good. I will definetly be back in the future. Keep up the good work

Great team to deal with.  Responded positively to my email enquiry and went the extra mile to locate parts to repair my Fox helmet.  Parts were with me next day.  With this standard of after sales service I will definitely be buying Fox products again.  Highly recommended.  Well done team.

Super happy with my purchases. Was a little nervous but the shorts fitted perfectly size m. Other items also fitted true to size so no returns necessary. Super efficient and fast shipping thank you would definitely purchase from riders outlet again.  EDIT: ordered another pair of gloves for a friend and they also came amazingly fast.  Can't wait to try my gear out now.

Excellent customer service. Others could learn a lot from their outstanding  customer service and going the extra mile. Our son had a bad DH crash last week writing off his helmet and within 2 hours Riders Outlet had replied to my text, emailed and then phoned me to discuss. The new helmet was dispatched within one working day. Friendly, prompt and very helpful. Thanks Victor and the team.  Great service again !!

Great shop, great prices, great service. Ordered online late Monday night after some helpful discussions with Victor, delivered Wednesday. Thanks Victor. Edit: was trying to track down some parts for my Fox helmet and Victor came up trumps again when all the chain stores couldn't even be bothered to look. He sorted me out with what I needed and parts were in my letterbox the following day. Really rate this guy and how well he looks after his  customers

Well... There was a glitch and my RST boots didn't arrive and somehow didn't receive any communication. After following up, Victor did everything he could to make this a positive customer experience, even upgraded the boots for free to the next model up. Would definitely buy from Riders Outlet again. Thanks for turning around what was initially a frustrating experience!

Great patience and immediate assistance provided while I tried to find some snow boots to fit my above average sized feet. Despite continued difficulties getting a fit, Victor persevered always with a smile and with encouragement. In the end, they issued refunds super fast and without any indication that it was frustrating for them. Great company to deal with.

I'm rarely one to leave a review, however, after my visit to the Riders Outlet, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I am new to the sport and was well looked after by the charming young man in the shop. Victor, just wanted to say thank you for your time and patience in helping me find the right kit. Fantastic knowledge of the both the gear and the sport.

My son popped into Riders Outlet  with little knowledge in the back of his mind. He came out happy as ever having spoken to Victor who set him up with a great set of starting gear and didn't hassle him to upsell. Prices were good and the advice was great
