He is Cunning his way in term of the law , He did charged money for work he never do , he build his reputation as lawyer through out friends , one time he discussed my case with my friend , without my authorising, he breach the code of confidence , I urge every one to be aware of this lawyer .

I used Michael extensively for a number of years. The outcome was always good and he has a reputation for being excellent in all sorts of areas. In fact he has been approached by big firms when he was pursuing a case who have paid him extra, as their case was similar and if he won, which he did, he set a precedent and saved them heaps. He is however, expensive and that is basically why I stopped using him. He probably should be in the city for the type of work he does

Unfortunate to hear I am not the only one that has ever fallen foul of this low life by charging for work he didn't do. Send him to the middle east, they would rightly cut of both his hands for stealing the amount he did from me. I have NO FAITH in either lawyers or the legal system in Australia now and I never will.

Charged for services after being explicitly instructed not to commence any services. Failed to return any communications when contesting invoice. Then commenced legal proceedings to recover said unpaid invoice without following the court required processes.

Unfortunately companies like this put back legal firms 20+ years, ridiculous charging and costs when not even engaged
