Definitely NOT child friendly. With so many lawyers and law firms in Hamilton choose somewhere where rudeness isn't tolerated. We were asked to move from the spacious and elegant reception area to a tiny consultants room where the door was closed behind us. The oversized table and chairs meant it was difficult to get the pram in the room let alone to wait comfortably in with a 1 year old. The receptionist was more concerned with the inconvenience of baby noise to her work mates then the fact that we were their at the request of the NWM lawyer and her clients. It would have been more practical to remind the lawyer that their were people waiting including a baby or how about providing a box of baby toys for potential clients with children. We had our own toys, food, distractions and bottle but he just wanted to talk and sing (inside voice only). Lawyer okay. Legal work done was okay too. Minus 1 star for the receptionist and the overall experience. NWM was our family law firm. NOT ANYMORE
