You will receive better customer service at the rubbish tip. Riccarton Florists took the $100.00 I wanted to spend on my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, delivered no product whatsoever in return, spoiled the day and did not seem to care at all that they had done it. Use another florist.

Worst service ever. First they never delivered flowers bought and paid for on Valentine's day. Second never replayed to emails on refund. 3rd have never had any reply or apology on the shocking service NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Amazingly helpful! Really took the time to make sure my mum would receive a lovely arrangement of flowers on mothers day :D
