Please be careful for waxing treatment because I just paid for NZD 40 for terribly unprofessional job because I dont wanna argue.

I would say between a 2/3 out of 5 for the below reasons

I bought a Groupon for colour and haircut fairly cheap at $99 but also what I got was a pretty cheap haircut. 
The staff are nice. The salon had been bought by a new owner who was really nice. From conversation is not a hairdresser but from her work and what I could gather knew her stuff in beauty and facials. I am willing to try out the reiki facial. 
The hairdresser is nice, very odd a little bit on the dark side. I couldn't gauge if he was happy or serious. And I was there for 4 hours! My haircut; I didn't have the heart to tell him it was uneven and well I left feeling underwhelmed but I had to pick my kids up. 
I'm not a hairdresser but frizzy hair really shouldn't be dry cut. My hair came up shorter and uneven when i straightened it and had to get fixed by someone else. 
I HAVE A BOB CUT! I'm a sassy 30 not a white 60 year old woman. 

Take the review as you will but customer service has to truly come from a servant heart especially for small businesses to continue building rapport in the community. Again, you are nice people in your own right. Wish your business all the best.

This place is amazing. They are awesome in what they do. One stop shop for hair and beauty services and facials OMG it's Awesome
