very nice and lovely people, but not really sure if they know what they are doing, ruined my dreadlocks when I went for a tidy up, by using some sort of glue that has been stuck in my hair since, not happy at all. They shouldve interlocked instead of trying to glue the roots together.

Gloria is so helpful and not pushy about advice. She sorted me out with products and appointment with a hairstylist and a smile in one visit. Will definitely shop there again.

Ordered a product from this company - one month later and it hasn't been received. Email communication to resolve this was utterly unhelpful, don't care at all that they are providing poor and incomplete customer service. The attitude was very much "well, we sent it" - despite my suggestions to contact courier and find out who signed for it - completely ignored. Avoid!
