Nelson's Performance gym for every person who wants real Results: indoor sprinting or pushing a sled, using our medicine ball wall and monkey bars, rock climbing wall, and TRX Suspension Systems, working out with the best free weights equipment in New Zealand.

Hands down the best gym I've ever been to... Great staff very friendly, you'll soon get to know the staff well & vice versa, amazing facilities. There aren't many machines for upper body, but the people around will help you find a good replacement exercise if you're accustomed to using machines. Definitely an athletes gym, no guys flexing their muscles in the mirror here but also catering to physio & weight loss needs. Dropped in here a few days while travelling: everything you could ever want in a gym if you're an athlete of any kind, powerlifting, strong man, sport specific, oly. If you're around nelson this is well worth a drive to just to drop in and train. Positive environment and seriously well equip! The staff are excellent and if you get chance to speak to they're very friendly.
Absolutely all that is desirable in a gym. Equipment, atmosphere, clean, customer service they have everything down to a science. And a great location ta bout. Great gym and business.
