I do the early morning class winter spring summer autumn, it focuses, and centers your thoughts, enables you to be the best you can be with the the challenges of the day through breathing and a focused exercise working with your own energy and ease extending this through the body. Great teachers, knowledgeable, experienced, professional and Kate and Dave will help you find the best experience of movement, Brilliant class.
Have just started a beginners class at Pilates Nelson. The instructor Dave is knowledgeable and caters the class to all the participants individual needs. The space feels calming, is clean and light. If you are keen on developing your core - try this Pilates Nelson.
Thoroughly enjoy my beginner classes with Kate she gives excellent guidance and instruction for everyone in class. The equipment is all provided and good bathroom/change facilities. I feel I have improved so much after almost 2 terms and can see and feel the results!
I have been coming to Pilates classes here for two years. The teaching is disciplined, kind and thorough. My strength, posture and understanding of how my body works have all improved because of the classes. It is a lovely studio with great teachers and a welcoming, calm atmosphere. Highly recommend
