Served by a cheerful informative female who was most helpful on providing us with useful and appropriate information for us in sourcing the what products and paint we will be needing to paint the exterior of our house. Well worth the visit.
Visited Monday 28th February, the girl in the shop never acknowledged me,no "hello I'll just be a minute " I knew exactly what I wanted and after several minutes I asked her if she was the only person here she replied theres someone out the back but they are busy,only words she spoke. Walked out as picking granddaughter up from school on the other side of town, won't be back,shocking attitude.
I had the misfortune to drop a can of paint in the store this afternoon and Emma and her boss could not have been more understanding or helpful in sorting things out. Thanks guys. Although I still feel bad and apologetic for my clumsiness your response and service put a smile on my dial. Wonderful. 10 stars!
