Great store. Staff are very helpful. They organised a pair of shoes from another store a week ago and when I purchased them today, they were on special, which reflected the price they charged me. Very impressed. Great parking right outside of the store. Store bright, clean and well laid out. An easy recommend.
Trying to get help in this store unlike other Rebel sports stores is border lining on impossible..For the boy behind the counter to get him to help me and look up to see if my size was in store , he was absolutely no help what so ever ...I also phoned and got a pair of shoes put on hold for me to pick up but then they kindly sold them on me the next day ... I just can't believe the lack of services in this store ..I mean why are they at work..

One day b4 Christmas and didnt even get someone greeting us. Asked for gift wrapping and no sorry no nothing. I wonder if its a predominantly European community in Blenheim and i am an Indian. Not much choices. Very limited.
Got a hello as I walked through the door but after about 15 minits of looking around the shop none of the 3 assistants I could see came to help me and I was the only customer in the store. Boxes on shelfs that were fully empty as in the actual product missing. Weird
