The absolute worse company out there. I'd give a 0 star rating however unfortunately I can't. We would go months without seeing any trades and 2pm on a Sunday someone would show up for an hour. Lets just say we were put on the back burner. Due to how long it took the property became very overgrown which attracted rats and mice in the mountain of rubbish that was left there and even a snake was found in the overgrown grass. Not good with two dogs. All I can say is stay far away there is much better out there. - Terrible service - Bad Quality - Took 12 months over Due date - left to flood - Would never recommend
RESCON gave me a bitter experience to build the granny flat. Staff extremely rude, they do not want to listen customers. Their builders damaged my hose, wooden deck and main remote control gate. I have provided all the evidence however they didn’t back to me. They took over 2 years to complete the granny flat and have to face numerous problems to get OC. They love to take money but do not resolve the issues. Tiles came off and still warranty their but they ignored my call. I have chosen the worst builder like RESCON so be careful people. We spent money on the top of that facing lots of problems. Very hard to contact them. I always paid them on time but last week got the OC started building the granny flat on 2020.
