Excellent customer service given by Melissa, always a pleasure to be served by her.

New Years Day, and I found that my cars headlight was out.  I attempted to remove the bulb, without success. I walked into the store and asked the friendly lady behind the counter for some assistance. Unfortunately it was company policy not to remove the bulb from my headlight.  Another lady who wasnt in uniform informing it was her day off, so she could help me, offered to help remove the bulb and privide advice on car covers.  I just wanted to thank Tiffany so much for the world class customer service evn though she wasn't rostered she was amazing! I hope you enjoyed the chocolates.  All staff were awesome.

I don't write reviews, but your shop in Pukekohe definitely gets 6 out of 5 stars for service. The young lady that helped my wife and I was so helpful, always friendly, and got me sorted, even if I was an old grump. Good job Milan, and thank you for helping a grumpy old man. Ross & Anne Hector

Today a lovely guy named Chad went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he help me to purchase the right fuse for my car, he helped me to replace it too. His customer service skills were amazing. Thank you for your kind and caring service. I was very impressed.

They usually have what you need but some of their staff are but not much are rude for my liking so I usually click and collect.

Great knowledge and help. I had a brake problem on my trailer, they got all the parts I needed and I was back up and working the next day. Like the quality of Repco tools too.
