Manukau Repco worst Worst place to go Will cost you more in the Long run . Just bought a $31 windscreen blade from Repco. Was unsure how to fit. The salesperson at Repco Tuggerah said he was not allowed to help. Is this right??? Drove 100 metres down the road and a guy at Bridgestone tyres had the part in within 10 seconds. I had left a broken bit in so the new one would not fit!!

Repco mount isa never opened a day here and there if they are opened or front locked go around back to get serviced a big hassle tell you to phone than don’t answer phones about time head office checked out there sites

Not worth one star.  Rang Repco  frankston to ask about a part because website not  working  Terry answered  the phone and before I could ask about the part  his comment to me was tell someone who cares! Naturally I hung up. So is this what passes for customer service at Repco?   Super Cheap Auto didn't seem to pull their employees  from the same Poole!!!!

Beware online ordering for click and collect. System failed. Charged my card. Store had no record of my shopping cart. Head office could only refund the $170. Still waiting for my money 3 days later. In the mean time had to call and email store and place order manually. Store staff where helpful. Head office and the online ordering system is useless and unreliable.

I purchased a new battery in February this year with a 2-year warranty. The battery is completely dead, despite being on charge for 30-hours or so. In fact you can't even get the car going with a jump-starter. I called on the weekend and they told me that they do not replace faulty batteries on the weekend!!! So I took the battery in on Monday, which they tested and informed me that it was completely dead what a surprise!!!. I was then told that they needed to put the battery on charge and have Century Batteries come and test it before it could be replaced. They promised to call me the next day and surprise, surprise, no call. I called them back of Friday and was told the battery did not have the cranking capacity to start a car, but they would not replace it under warranty. They said they could try charging it overnight and I could pick it up tomorrow. I then called head office and four times and was transferred to people that were either away on holidays or not in the office to respond. In the end I called and asked if there was anybody at Repco that had any idea about customer service and if so, could I please be transferred to them. I finally got to talk to somebody who was both nice and understanding and told me that she would refer my complaint immediately to the area manger. However, she then told me that they would get back to me in the next 48-hours. Never mind if you need the car and you are not happy to drive back and forth to Repco!!! What an absolute joke, my advice is that you do not purchase a battery or anything else from Repco. I for one will not be going back there for anything, Autobarn is cheaper and couldn't possibly provide worse customer service. I should add, even the staff agree it's a joke!!! Get your act together Repco or join the growing list of retailers that go broke. As an update, they did give me a new battery, however the process took a week, which is totally unacceptable.

Repco have always been good to me and times are changing. Repco was the first parts supplier I visited many years ago and I’d like to say I visited your store at Harbour town Labrador and felt that same caring service today. The service was so good I bet I was dealing with the Manager. It’s a true credit to the lovely lady who stopped her merchandise arrangements to serve me. Thank you N. Ray  Ray

I'll keep this short and sweet, who ever runs Repco needs a swift boot in the rear. Online flagged for making more than one purchase transaction. When I went in to collect my first online order was told item was not in stock. Yet still showed stock when checked on system. Not the sales persons fault. But there is some mentally challenged system process that needs an overhaul. Get stuffed Repco, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a new suspension kit for $1118.00 part number MTSK-TOY02HN from your Karratha store on 20/5/16. The bottom bushes from the front shocks have perished and now non existent and the top bushes from the same shocks have multiple cracks and stating to fall out piece by piece also. My car has not been offload since I installed the suspension kit and car has travelled less than 4000 kms. I have been trying to get replacement bushes for 3 weeks from the Karratha Repco store with no success. The front end of my car is considerably lower than the previous old suspension which was agreed after being sighted by store staff that the front shockies are faulty. All paperwork involving measuring height, photos etc have been taken and sent to the supper but still no action. This is really unacceptable as there is a one year warrantee. The excuse is that the supplier is still looking into it and meanwhile I cannot use my car except for short distances fearing more damage will occur. Staff at Karratha store have been helpful. Your manager does not seem interested and told me that they have to follow protocol what ever that is; as all information has been supplied. There is a new set of front shocks in your Karratha Repco store right now but your manager is reluctant to help me out. I would at the least think he could give me the replacement shocks so I can use my car which I have asked for but he is not interested. I have kept my integrity but my patients has all but run out. Repco are the distributor for the company that supply this suspension kits and would think your manager would not stand for this poor service. It seems to me the tail is wagging the dog. Is there anyone in Repco going to make the supplier of tithes suspension kit accountable? Not impressed one bit.
