I called as a tourist to make a really spontaneous appointment for an oil and oilfilter change. The mechanic explained to me that they don't do "just an oil change" for tourists anymore because they made bad experiences with it. Instead, they combine an oil change always with what they call a minor service checkup of your car. I understood their reasons and accepted their useless extra costs as he was the only one who fitted me in so fast. In the end, I paid 320$ for this service. They found 2 minor issues I didn't know about and missed at least 3 others I was aware of since I first checked that car. But as he pointed out, it's just a minor check, and they just make sure that they tell you about problems when they find them. It's more a security for them than a service for you. When I arrived to pick up my car, my lights were still turned on. Not a big deal for 1 hour but could have gotten a problem for a longer time period. Anyhow, the work they did was fast and accurate. In general, I can not confirm the comments about the mechanic as a rude person. He was patient, and his communication was of professional nature. He's just a little bit brief sometimes.
Avoid this business. I asked for a safety check for rego which costs ~$60. They changed the engine oil without permission and charged me the full retail price for the oil even though it was their mistake. I ended up having to pay ~$180, three times more than I was expecting. I walked away feeling scammed.
Russel and the team at Repco have been fantastic. They went above and beyond to squeeze me in although they were fully booked and helped me when my car was bust! Fair pricing and professional. This will be my mechanic for life! Thank you thank you thank you!ServicesService not listed
I have my Ute worked on by Aaron and his team, excellent work carried out, I was very happy with the price, service and professionalism shown by Aaron. There was miss communication on one of the tasks and instead of Aaron charging me he deducted the amount from the bill, you don't see the costumer is always right attitude anymore and I may have well been in the wrong myself, very commendable business ethic and much appreciated, highly recommend this Auto Centre for works.

My personal experience was not good at all. My time on the phone was abrupt, dismissive and meant having a polite conversation was not possible. Some parts I already had and wanted to supply but that resulted in an instant disqualification for patronage. Go else where, not recommended.
Aaron is knowledgable and friendly. I had a particularly tricky issue with my Proton Satria timing belt and the guys have put in a good effort to sort out the issues, it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Affordable, reliable, highly recommended.
Horrible service, horrible people skills. The boss/manager was a grumpy old **** with absolutely no sense of customer service. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
I would highly recommend Hidden Valley Auto Centre in Berrimah. Aaron was beyond accommodating when trying to work around my needs. I work long hours and he made it possible for me to get my car serviced and have it ready for pick up at the end of the day. This required him to stay back past work hours and when I arrived he still had a smile on his face! I very much appreciate this otherwise I would have had to take time off work to pick it up. I feel the the cost of a major service was comparable to any other mechanic in Darwin and I would recommend it to all Darwin residents.
Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman that helped us with our Nissan Navara at the last minute! We had driven a few thousand Kms from Bundaberg and were experiencing an issue with our car - with one day to fix it before driving down to Alice Springs! I called up and we were squeezed in to an appointment the next morning. The car was looked at, diagnosed and fixed all within an hour or two, at a very reasonable price and with lovely hospitality. I know it must cause a bit of a hassle helping people out at the last minute, but we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much.
