We rented two spaces from rent a space over a 11 month period. The facilities were exceptional, the price was reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. Everytime we had concerns and queries the staff at rent a space Gregory Hills were accomodating and helpful. I highly recommend them to friends and family!

The storage area I rented is good and secure so very happy with that. However, somewhat disappointed in the "Free truck & Driver" service. Service was good, they arrived on time, but the truck did not have a lift at the back of the truck as promised. This created quite a problem when loading a washing machine and frig. We were also told there would be blankets for protecting the furniture. It had one! I would suggest getting promises of this service in writing so they send the correct truck.

Well I was happy up untill I had to move all my stuff out of the storage.. I was promised a truck to move in and to move out.. called someone up by the name of James/Jane sounds like a guy but could have been a woman. He/she was very rude even hinting that I was dumb for not listening to the people that worked at rentaspace.. will not be going back there at all and not a very cheap storage place at all thanks

Excellent customer service from Nicole and Wade always friendly would highly recommend Rent a Space at Gregory Hills to anyone who wants to store anything
