Things missing, things broken. 
So far (Jan 2018) only one thing has been replaced (we moved in September 2017)
When our things came out of storage half the truck was filled with things that were not our property (we had to search through boxes to see if things were ours or not)

Hourly rate so did not know how much would be and ended very expensive. Maid 2 of us go to the ATM to get cash as it was over 2k while they staid to ensure it was paid in cash, no other options. A new TV was broken that was still in the box. Would not accept any liability so came to the house to argue it was our fault , took photo's to show Insurance company and never let us know the insurance company's decision or if they even lodged the claim. 2nd time I  used and even recommended to a brother. Never will use or recommend to anyone again

Joe and the boys were first-class the whole way. Took care of our many precious and fragile items. Good rates, professional and efficient.
