I am impressed with the service provided by RAD. The things I enjoy are: It's nationwide consistency, the ease of booking by phone  since their database contain your details , the transparency of the quote, the absence of hidden charges, the ease process to collect and return the car to the airport, including the return of the key. Last, but not least, the reasonable charges which keep the costs down for my business and my clients, which is a critical factor for me switching to RAD. One suggestion: Please change the website so frequent users like me can simply log in, and all the details including credit cards are stored, and do not need to be filled in. Currently I simply cannot be bothered to use your website, because it is much quicker to ring.

Service was excellent, polite, friendly very efficient. Car was Clean and well cared for. And the price couldn’t be beaten. I highly recommend RAD I will be using them again.

Excellent service from Jim and Sally. Think I got the only manual car in NZ! None available in Christchurch South Island for hire even at RAD. Please keep Mazda Demi’s MDZ996 in your fleet-good reliable runner! It would have been useful to know how to open the bonnet and the fuel petrol cap.

Perfect vehicle to get from A to B. Will use again and recommend to friends without any hesitation. Much cheaper than competition rental cars by a mile. Thanks RAD.
