Fabulous service with a great team, all of whom were willing to help and solve problems. Hired a small car for 3 weeks. Didn't like the first one after one week. It was exchanged immediately without query or hassle. Easy return and refunded one unused day. Most impressive and great website too.
Had a hire car from here a few years ago and when I returned to pick up a car nothings changed very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff it wasn't a problem to bring my hire a week earlier than planned and a nice spotlessly clean car, well done Enterprise Bothwell
Utterly shambolic service. Hired a van from the Hamilton branch for a house move to London. The van I was given was a wreck. When I returned the van to the Earlsfield branch in London the branch manager was appalled by the condition of the van and raised a damage claim. I was advised that this would be nothing to do with me and that both branches would sort it out between them. 7 weeks down the line I’ve had the damage excess debited from my account and nobody can’t seem to rectify the issue and refund my money. I have made dozens of phone calls to head office and the branch and nobody is of any help. I can only hope at this stage I get my money back. Terrible customer experience and will never use this service again.
Great service, picked up and dropped off. Couldn't have been any more accommodating. There was no nasty surprises when returning the car. No damage and no charges.

Picked up van that had come straight off hire from from builders. Couldn't scrutinize bodywork as van was filthy, it hadn't been washed making it impossible to see two tiny dings and scratch on rear door which had also been missed or conveniently not recorded by the girl booking the van back in also. Enterprise charging me £1200.00 for causing damage that did not occur during my short hire. Independent body shop expert confirmed that it was old damage. I'll need to sue to get my cash back. be warned, total shysters!
Good prices, polite staff - I'd absolutely recommend these guys and go back next time I needed a van.
Lovely team at Hamilton and very efficient. Not particularly impressed with Enterprise policies including banning one way rentals to England due to stock levels
Worst Car Hire Company I would strongly advise anyone to use an alternative car hire company that has no connection whatsoever with Enterprise Car Hire, as it is by far, one of the worst car hire companies I have ever had cause to have any contact with. It’s customer service is worse than useless and has caused me no end of stress and wasted countless hours of my time. Enterprise were instructed by my insurance company to provide me with a hire car on Monday. I was informed the car would be delivered to me within 4 hours. When I called Enterprise to enquire why no car had been delivered, I was erroneously informed by the Motherwell branch that it did not deal with my insurance company and in any event, no cars were available at this branch. I then called the Hamilton branch, to be informed that cars would be available at 4.30pm and I should call Motherwell branch to arrange for the paperwork to be transferred to their Hamilton branch. However, after being passed to another operative, I was then informed that no cars were available until 7 days later from any branch in Scotland. I immediately called the Enterprise Head Office who informed me that these matters could not be dealt with over the phone and I should get my insurance company to confirm the hire by e-mail. This was duly done within five minutes and despite asking for a received receipt for the sent e-mail, I am still waiting on a response. I would never dream of using this company, especially after subsequently reading other reviews by others who have had a similar experience.
Great service and friendly staff i would definitely recommend them first class
