Quick turn around for suit, during cup week. Friendly staff and great service.
Organised for same day pick up and delivery of dry cleaning at 9.15am. Was informed that would get picked up within the next hour and be delivered before COB.. No one arrived and I had to follow up at 11.00am, as I was not contacted. I was told that they would be there within the hour but as it was later in the morning now, the dry cleaning would not be done same day. Not only was this an issue as the situation required the garment to be dry cleaned the same day, but it also ruined my options in getting another company to complete the service as required. Poor Communication and no where near good enough.
Always amazing quality dry cleaning & an extremely quick service. This is done with a friendly smile from their team who take pride in what they do! Thanks guys : Highly recommend their services!
Couldn’t speak highly enough of Rene’s dry cleaners. I’ve brought in the same pair of pants which can’t be dry cleaned twice with different stains and they have still tried and succeeded both times in making them perfect again. Great place with lovely people you won’t regret it
