One of the busiest services I've ever attended, I had 4 separate visits in a month. Between booking appointments according to Medicare and my out of town travel time, as well as answering a bunch of questions, the staff also chased up my old interstate records without issue. This is the most cohesive, respectful and helpful team and medical service I've ever dealt with in my life. Very impressive and greatly appreciated, thanks to everyone.
Almost 16 minute wait on the phone to make an appontment. No apology on the wait either.nNo reflection on any staff at the hospital, as my appointment isn't until next week, but pretty disappointed in the booking process.
I have had the best caring treatment from the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was amazing found my referrals put me in that day for an hour ultra sound even though I had no appointment, so I didn't have to be coming back up from the West Coast , I was so greatful, thank you .
One thing lacking at the ultrasound reception desk is common courtesy.nOne receptionist in particular seems to consider all patients are somehow below her!nRude, attitude plus, and never smiles even under duress. I tried but failed miserably. The other one and the nurse did smile.nnLet’s hope she does not end up on the other side of the desk waiting to be served by herself
Care and attention from the staff have probably saved David Adams life, thankyou to a wonderful group of people.
