He was quite uninterested in what I had to say about my condition, and instead of telling me where he wanted me to move to etc. he pretty much grabbed my head and moved it however he wanted, wasn't pleasant. I was also not informed that it would be over $150.00 for less than a 5 min consultation. He was very abrupt and didn't really seem to care at all. He does know what he is talking about but he fails to tell you most of it. Pity there isn't another ENT specialist closer as I would much rather someone a bit more gentle.

Very poor communication skills. He didn't explain anything, just asked if we wanted antibiotics or grommets. We had to ask for more details to which he got stroppy and told us he had other patients to see. Very rude. We left feeling disgusted and ripped off with a $130 bill for a terrible conversation. Get referred to Launceston!

One of the rudest and unfriendly specialists I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. His bedside manner is severely lacking. He was a terribly poor communicator and was uninterested in explaining anything. If I ever have to go to an ENT specialist again I will travel to the mainland. If I could rate him a minus star I would.

Wonderful man and surgeon. Speak as you find. I had heard negative comments but since our first visit he has been first class.
