Cozy enough. Close enough to Noosaville promenade. Bit rude when you get there and they've already taken money off your credit card when you have planned to pay cash. Apparently you need to tell them when you book online that you'll pay cash on arrival.

Great location, cooling breezes from the river and spotlessley clean. Easy walk to eateries and yacht club. Solar heated pool.

Photos showed in internet are completely different from what we saw in reality. Rooms were old, not very clean, there were bugs inside, walls were super thin (you can hear anything from the outside), there were problems with WiFi and the TV was broken - you could only watch half of the screen :) The worst part was that we didn't get two rooms with big beds as we booked but a living room with one small bed instead.

Pleasant to stay at, lovely pool and very close to the water. Good views of the river less than 200m away.

Extremely disappointed. Basically a revamped 70's motel. Shower head so calcified we just got a trickle, bed really uncomfortable, fridge so old it was yellowed and rusty, light fittings full of bugs, lounge needs replacing as way too soft. Not sure if the ragged towel was a washer but suffice it to say we didn't use it.... Could hear neighbour noise like they were in the room with us. Just really disappointing all around.
