The property is positioned on seven landscaped acres by the shores of Lake Doonella and opposite the Noosa River, and features three lagoon-style pools (including one heated pool). Surrounded by wilderness, you are only minutes to the town centre, the beach and local attractions.

Pool/BBQ area, and the grounds in general, are awesome!! I did not want to get out of the pool. (Cool AND heated BTW). Accommodation is by no means luxurious, quite basic actually, BUT - Very clean and tidy and literally has everything you need. Fantastic place to stay... especially for families.

Nice pool area. It is not near the Main Beach and the city centre, so you need car to get there. But it just across the Noosa Marina where you can get a ferry and also has good restaurants!

If I could give it lower than 1 star rating for room cleanliness I would. Unfortunately our one bedroom apartment was dusty like it has been closed for a long time. The blinds had lots of mould on it and this is a health risk. There were pest droppings on the window seals and above blinds. The cloth material blinds had stains on them. The apartment had a mouldy/damp smell. The furniture is outdated and couch had stains on them. The carpet was old and felt sticky to walk on. When we complained about the room we were told that the resort is more than 20 years old and they are slowly renovating it and they are fully booked to change us. I believe it is because we bought from expedia thats why they gave us this room. Dont book via expedia and dont book a room at this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. We were there for our anniversay and attending a wedding. Everyone were staying at this resort and their apartments were much better than ours. We could no go to another place due to travel arrangements to the venue was prebooked from this location.

This place is very nice. It has duplex kind off apartment place with Visitors parking and a main common parking area. The place has 3 pools with 2 bbq places. Pools heights are like .6 meters .9 meters and 1.5 meters in height. 1 of them is heated pool. The rooms are provided with nice cozy bed, fridge, microwave, washing machine and drier. It has nice and clean bathroom and a nice balcony with sitting.
