We booked a studio for 3 nights. On our first night, we discovered mould all through the sofa bed and advised reception as soon as it opened the next morning. They sent an attendant to confirm, and thankfully, Eden at reception was able to relocate us to a much, fresher, cleaner, renovated apartment 547. We were also refunded our first night spent in the musty back end of the resort. We appreciated the service overall, and given the same clean room 547, we would return again. Location is great with free local buses right out front. Cheers
Do not recommend, I had unforeseen circumstances arise that couldn’t be helped and wanted to change the dates of the booking to something that worked for both myself and them.nnThey refused to understand, refused to be helpful, refused to negotiate , declined all requests and clearly do not value customer service in any way shape or form.nnWill never stay here evernndisgusting
The kids pool is the best I've seen for the real young ones. It's only 0.6M deep and it's huge, so heaps of room! The room we had was 1 bedroom deluxe and was AMAZING! Plenty of room for all of us and there's 2 balconies with a view overlooking the pool for best times to see when it's good for the kids to go in. There's also a shared laundry at the base of our room which was always free when we walked past.
This resort is good for location. The pools are good if you have children. Other than that, unfortunately the unit 472 we stayed in was not only very dated which wouldn't have been an issue but every wall was dirty and I mean dirty with marks all over them. The architraves are all full of dust. The ceilings are all cracked and patched up with plaster as are some walls. The kitchen cabinets are all chipped on the doors and dirty with grime. The floor area around and under the fridge has mould. The bathroom sink is slightly blocked so definitely needs to be attended to. Unfortunately doesn't allow me to post photos I have taken. Sorry but not value for money UPDATE... Response from resort.... Minor issues???? Mould is not a minor issue. But we know now to ensure we look further into where we stay.
We had the studio room for 2 nights. Musty smell and mould on carpet edges. Bit pricey and small for what it was, but it did the job. Very narrow awkward parking. Poor weather meant we couldn't enjoy facilities. If we stayed again would get a larger unit. Great Vietnamese restaurant at the entrance.
