I've been coming here for years Gill amd her team are so friendly and professional. I love the facials and body massages and those eyelash tints or manicures are done to the highest level. I trust these ladies with all my beauty needs and recommend Refresh beauty to all.

Had an eye cocktail done by an amazing young woman called Keely. She's so good at what she does and knows what would best suit you . Lovely surroundings to relax in .The staff are so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable.

My daughter & I got the Rejuvenate massage and facial from Capri and Keely. Highly recommend Refresh Beauty, great staff and amazing service! All round great experience, thank you.

Amazing service, staff members and results! We couldn’t ask for anything more!  We’ve been going to Refresh for about 8 months whilst living in Papamoa. Whether it be nails, waxing, shaping or anything else Gill and the gils have treated us like queens!  Walking into refresh is the most welcoming and non judgemental beauty salon I’ve ever been too, certainly beating out some of the top Salons in London.  No matter who you are or what you look like the girls are there to make you feel like you belong and there is zero judgement which I personally was very appreciative about!  The girls are extremely well versed in beauty treatments, work hard and are definitely worthy of medals when they figure out how to make us look human again after months of travelling.  We are very sorry to not be visiting again for a while due to moving overseas but they’ll be the first stop when we return to Papamoa. It’s going to be an incredible challenge to find a salon as wonderful, but we look forward to coming back!  To Gill and the girls,  Thank you!

I planned an evening out with my special someone. The ladies at Refresh were very supportive with helping me organise a surprise massage and make over. They are very welcoming and relaxing. We will go there again.

I holiday every summer at The Mount and always make a point of booking in for a massage at Refresh Beauty Therapy. It's a great way to start a holiday and helps me de-stress and unwind. Sarah and the team are friendly, efficient, and experienced beauticians. I thoroughly recommend Refresh and ecourage any other holidaymakers to book in a pamper.
